Oreida Totchos Stuffed Jalapeno Casserole

I got to try the Oreida Tator Tots in the new JingleVoxBox from Influenster.
I was trying to think of an interesting recipe that I could make. I love spicy food and thought of a jalapeno bake. so here we have :


   This isn't exactly the same, but closest I could find. This is an image of a Mushroom Sausage Casserole. It can be found here: 

Oreida Totchos Stuffed Jalapeno Casserole 

Ingredient list:

1 bag Oreida Tator Tots
1 brick cream cheese
8 oz sour cream
1 8 oz package of cheddar cheese
2-3 bunches of green onions
1-2 fresh jalapenos, or 1/4 pickled if it is all that you have.

Spread Oreida Tator Tots in the bottom of the pan.

Mix sour cream, cream cheese, and about half of the cheese together. Chop the jalapenos and put half with the cheese mixture. 

Spread mixture over the tator tots. top with remanding cheese and jalapenos. Top with chopped scallion is desired. 

Bake at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes. 

Serve with your favorite sides.
